Bevchain are the absolute worst logistics company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I was delivered the incorrect keg over a month ago and after multiple escalations per week from Lion and a call from me to their distribution centre, the keg remains sitting outside in the elements. All the while, I have Bevchain drivers delivering kegs to me weekly but cannot take back their mistake because the driver doesn't have the correct paperwork." Not to mention driver saying they have no room for empty kegs when they've just made room by delivering mine. Then when pushed on it
