Busy place, hubby had a burger which was huge and beautiful, I had the fish cocktails and potato scallops yummo, a must try definitely

This place was recommended to us as we are only in area for a short time. We were told the potato scallops were fantastic and they were great. Love a homemade scallop. My husband thought the fish was pretty tasteless though. The chicken salt was missing and I have to say the chips were pretty dry and tough. I saw them cooked so not sure why as we only had a 15 min drive home. The scallops were worth the trip though and if we were here longer would give the chips another go because all these people can’t be wrong.

Chips were terrible. Asked for extra chicken salt and couldn’t even find a single grain. Also ordered calamari which was old, reheated, flavourless and felt like cardboard when chewed. #ChipsInn … da bin. Extremely disappointed. Will not be returning.

Not great. The older lady was not wearing gloves whilst putting salads on burgers. Then in the middle of making people's food decided to scratch her head and play with her hair whilst making burgers. Food hygiene standards are very poor here.

Absolutely the best burgers and chips I've had in years, I had the cheesy delux burger OMG AMAZING. Great job guys.

Burgers very good. Chip oil a bit old. Potatoes good, generous topping.Recommend burger and potato.Staff very friendly.

1 star for the fact no star was available, was so shocked after 20 years of good service at chip in I uncounted the most crude service , I never have felt so uncomfortable to eat fish and chips. No costumer skills what so ever ! Very disappointed as I love this take away, and as much as I love it service always wins my service, farewell chip in !!!!
