APlus towing had to move our 9+ tonne truck/horse float converted tiny home from high up on a precarious property and they were just bloody amazing. It took them time and planning to assess how they’d do it but they weren’t going to walk away from it and they made it happen. Their (Josh and Aaron) skill set was amazing and despite this extremely difficult job ~ they remained easy going and approachable and good to talk to as well as informing us about the process. If you want a crew that you can rely on for an honest, skilled and efficient service - you cannot go past APlus Towing.

Aaron from A Plus came out today,on behalf of my insurance company’s roadside service.He was friendly, professional, thorough with the diagnostics and more than happy to explain everything to me. Replaced my battery and made sure I knew what to do to to register the warranty.Definitely recommend and will use again.

Needed to get a standard ute towed within the same suburb and the driver that answered wanted $450 CASH!!!" and also would be a 3 hour wait....I rang another business and they towed my car within the hour even though it was after hours on a Friday afternoon

I have used Gary and the team at Aplus for years, they have collected everything from 300m2 steel mezzanine floor, multiple shipping containers, numerous cars, my hail damaged truck and a boat from Sydney! The prices are great, the service is exceptional and I couldn't recommend them more highly - Support them as they are a local Canberra family run business.

Using Shannon’s Road Side Assist when my classic 1978 MGBGT broke down, I was informed that Aplus Towing would be with me in an hour and a quarter. I received a text from the driver, Aaron 5 minutes before arrival. Aaron was extremely professional and took very good care winching my classic car onto the tow truck. He took my car home and helped me getting the car off the flatbed and into my garage. I cannot recommend Aplus Towing enough. A truly customer focused and caring service. Thank you so much Aaron. I am extremely dispointed with this business, driver is very friendly and helpful but call centre and dispatch staff try to charge a 2.5hours job (even count from depot to deport) for 4 hours and try ask $1200 cash for the job!! Settled for 3hours and and $900 cash ! Absolutely rubbish ! Its just for moving a 20ft container from bywong to fraser, beware of this business and prepare to be rip off when you use. they trying to over charge and rip off people and constantly asking for cash as seeing in other reviews, I hope ATO can do their job right on them, this is the business really deserves it.
