Quoting was easy and well below what other big names quoted. These guys do custom windows, which I didnt realise until later. Excellent quality product, excellent turn around time between quote and manufacture. Installation was a breeze. The installation team did a brilliant job - zero cracking or chipping to external render (they removed old windows and installed the new) to at times, difficult access points. Internally, it actually looks like the new windows have always been there with no disruption to the plasterwork. Im actually quite stunned Ive received this kind of service and result from a trade, as it never has happened before. Steve is very responsive, answers your questions in a way for you to learn rather than prey on your lack of knowledge of building. All round a hugely positive experience. Ive just booked them to do more further replacements as a result.
