Astley Mobility

This place sells all your mobility equipment , including some very cool looking mobility scooters, they got mag wheels flaired guards Harley style blinkers and taillights and lots of chrome .

I have experienced the worst communication, arrogance from Astley Mobility in my life. No customer service skills, label NDIS participants without knowledge or experience in what disability is about. No after sales support or any option for a refund.. Participant just needs to relive the trauma from the product best use they refuse to refund NDIS funded equipment. Disgraceful

The staff are lovely and friendly but the showroom section is cluttered and difficult to navigate if your mobility impaired or using a wheelchair. I find it easier to order my personal care online and get it delivered. The store needs to expand to cater for its mobility services.

Great Customer service and great staff rang to Inquire about a product and since it was the last one they held it for me without asking.They stock walkers, mobility scooters, walking frame, walking sticks and almost everything you would need for your elderly loved ones or those that need mobility for their disability issues.They were knowlegeble in their products, would recommend them for that local area.

The chair itself has lasted for a long time which is great but when finally something did break and I had a terrible experience asking for help here. The repair guy was really rude and the small bit of advice he gave was totally incorrect .... good news is you can buy like for like parts for these chairs online... its pretty cheap and you dont have to deal with him (I ordered parts from sofa rehab.)

Firstly I phoned Ashley to say that I needed a new batteryfor my electric scooter and the lady said she will pass on the messageto Scott he phoned me the next day to arrange a time I told him thatI had an appointment at 12pm and that i would be home at 1.30pm sothat he would have an idea what time I would be home I let my wife knowthat I was going to Ripples Hydrotherapy for my rehab she came homeearly to be there if Scott came early I waited until 5pm I phoned to see ifhe was coming 'not when he was coming the lady came back and saidthat he had been here at my home and was told I was out swimmingwhich Hydro not swimming . I rang up the next day to ask if he was coming not when he was she said she would ask him to ring me whichnever did waited all day nothing phoned the next same answer he wouldring nothing my coordinator looking after my welfare was told that herassistant asked she was told that the batteries where on charge that wasok still no phone I phoned again my wife told the person she was speaking with who ever told you that the batteries were on charge they were incorrect giving me the wrong info which meant that my coordinatorwas giving me the wrong info I finally got an answer that he will come thefollowing day It felt under duress that he fixed it I think all this was acommunication problem.on final note its not was said about swimming it was how it was said if you was coming I didn't expect you to come straightaway I know you are busy. I have great service in the past.
