I had my shocks, wheel bearing and brakes done, was priced very reasonable and job done within a few hours. Dan done a excellent job and overall service from booking through to car pick up. If your looking for a honest team who takes pride in their work i would recommend them

Took my car to 3 different shops to get the brakes and ABS done kept getting charged for things that were not the problem, took my car here and he done it all within a couple of days. Professional as, kept us up to date with everything. 100% recommend these guys. Good quality.

Firstly I would like to say my rating is not based on the final result of the panel and paint that AJ did on my car as it was finished to a high quality result .My rating is based on the extremely poor experience I had throughout having my car repaired at this workshop .I brought my car in after I had damaged the entire passenger side of my car. I originally spoke with Dan, one of the workers and explained my situation that this car is my only source of transport for my family (one 6 year old who I was responsible for school pick up and drop offs and a 4 month old baby as well as a partner without a licence that I drove to work daily . ) I needed my car fixed urgently and I was on an extremely tight budget . I had been quoted to have it done through another source for $300 but they weren't able to book it in for at least a week so I decided to go ahead with this workshop . Dan told me he would have the work done for me in 4-7 days (over the Xmas break ) and he understood my financial situation that I could only pay for work done after the sale of the car which was to be done once the repair was completed to allow me to purchase a new family car .From the day I dropped it in , I had extreme difficulty getting hold of him to find out the progress , was not kept up to date with actual time frames and progress of the work and was not given an estimated price of how much it would cost to get it panel beated and painted PRIOR to the work being done. My car was there for a total of 9 weeks (instead of the original time frame quoted of 4-7 DAYS)After finally being contacted to say the work was completed , I was horrified to be told I had to pay a total of $3000 upon pick up of the car which was never part of the arrangement and compared to the $300 quote I had elsewhere that would have been 7 weeks quicker in the end I was not able to retrieve my car until the bill was finalised .During the 9 weeks of not having my car I had to borrow $ to hire cars , and taxi fares , and in total it cost me a fortune as I was not able to get my car back. I would strongly recommend in asking for written up front costs and quoted on any work from this company and being cautious with any dealings with Dan. I feel he broke the number 1 rule of good customer service - don't promise things you can't deliver on .I am now out of pocket thousands of dollars , which I have been advised by legal advisors I am within rights to recover through consumer protection or court.

DAN and his team are professional, honest and caring in every way.These guys know the meaning of customer care without the rip off pricing. I will trust my family's future safety to them. I recommend you do the same

Tried three times to book my car in for service. Each time was told there was no one available. Ended up going somewhere else.

Used Korean cars for some panel beating work. Very reasonable quote. Abhinav and the team did a great job and I was very impressed with the finish. i would recommend these guys to anyone. They are super helpful and upfront with good pricing.

This place is very doggy. I bought a car service voucher $200 from this place few months ago. When I went to book for my car service, owner said this voucher doesn’t exist here. Another employee from this place saying to the owner (mention me )kick off time. Definitely not recommended.

Perth Ultimate Car Care ultimately came through with an excellent engine reconditioning of my sons Hyundai.
