I first reached out to Cat to get some advice on several issues that I had been dealing with, and a bit of advice on how to best move forward and work through them.I had a free consult that lasted close to an hour, which in itself had tremendous value, as I felt a huge shift instantly and a whole lot lighter. My session following from the initial consult has added huge value to my life and has truly made such a positive impact on how I view myself and my outer world, through techniques used within the session and tools that I have been given to utilise in my daily life. My sessions with Cat have been great! There were already some breakthroughs in the initial 15 min consult (which turned out to be more like 40mins) so I couldn’t wait to get started with the 1hr sessions. Once we started diving deeper into detail it was amazing and life transforming what we worked through. Cats so easy to talk to, a great listener, knows how to ask the right questions which allows you to open up and work through whatever roadblocks are in your way to get back on track.The work I have done with Cat so far has cleared up so many things for me and it’s amazing how it allowed me to be able to join all the dots together from my whole life up to this point in just a few sessions.I am excited to keep working with Cat so I can get closer to reaching my goals and continue growing as a person.Thank you Cat, forever grateful!

Cat is really exceptional coach who can hold a space for the client. She was very supportive throughout the process, and I was able to move forward very fast with some subconscious blockages from the first session. I would recommend her to anyone who is ready to make positive changes in their life.
