I have been having sessions with Lucy for quiet a while now. She has helped me get over blockages and turn negative thoughts into positives. I have had the pleasure of seeing Lucy a couple of times, most important visit was for hypnosis to stop smoking which was an absolute success, Lucy took the time to find my triggers and used them in hypnosis, I have also attended workshops facilitated by Lucy which were life changing absolutely highly recommend this gem of a human

My first reiki session with Lucy was awesome, I felt so much lighter and energetic for a whole week.I've since started her mini breakthrough program and I'm excited to see where this goes.Lucy is really attentive, she listens to how I speak and can relate that back to how I think. I cannot thank Lucy enough for how much she has helped me. I booked in for her Hypnosis Package to try and help me gain a different view on eating healthy and working out. The changes to my thoughts not only from the Hypnosis but also from her knowledge and advice has changed my life drastically! I now look at food as a way to fuel my body and to look at gym as a fun activity instead of a chore. She also has helped me with my compulsive thinking which has made a huge difference in my personal life and work life. I could not recommend Lucy enough.
