Would not recommend for anything NDIS related. Response time goes from extremely good to extremely poor once they have received your money. Once you have completed your audit you may as well have a snail write and deliver the technical review to the commission as it would be quicker. One shouldn't have to send many annoyed emails to get a response on progress.

Stay away from this company. Badly drafted contracts with extortionate termination fees. Impossible to contact to resolve issues..... nightmare.

Do not engage for NDIS audits. We engaged them in 2019 and paid the full amount. In 2022 we realised they never submitted our audit to the NDIS to approve. Although they finally submitted to the NDIS in 2022 after we chased them up, did nothing to apologise or make it up to us and were very dry in email responses.

Very bad auditors NOT recommended at all.Sooo much delays for no reason, they never answer the existing clients phone and very bad customer service. I've done my audit 6 weeks ago and so far they have not gave me a reason why its taking that long to submit to the commission. They told me it only takes up to 4 weeks to submit but now they dont answer when we call and when the did answer they just say idk why its taking that long i'll look at your file and call you back and they never do!
