I recently had all my windows replaced by Facelift for Homes, the team are really professional from the receptionist (Simone), customer manager (Steve), builder (Rod) and install team (Scott and his crew), they were all great to deal and I would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.Overall I am very impressed and satisfied with the end result, Facelift for Homes were the only company I could find which could provide aluminum frames with measurements required for the works. Facelift for Homes provided a great end product and the install crew did a great job of making the windows looks flush as they could, given the crew cannot control existing building defects. Scott and his team were professional, approachable, efficient and reliable.One consideration if you are going to replace your windows would be to acquire the measurements of your new windows frames and compare them to your current curtains / roller blinds to ensure they are able to refitted. My new window frames are slightly smaller from the original and now I am in the market for new blinds. This was something I overlooked during the process.

When we decided to change the tired and worn cream aluminium windows (decision made just after moving into the house) we looked around for a friendly and professional renovation company. After several quotes we decided on using Facelift for Homes, the sales staff were friendly and responsive and we were also impressed that the windows were manufactured in Victoria. The installation crew were professional, courteous, clean and efficient. There was no mess and nothing was too hard for the crew, they even re-installed all our blinds and repaired some plaster damaged through no fault of their own (caused by a previous renovation). I would recommend Facelift for Homes to anyone and have already passed their details onto several friends and family. Install went without a hitch, the guys arrived on time and took great care in our newly renovated home. Worked non stop so the job was complete within one day. Everyone worked efficiently and professionally and I’ve never had a happier bunch of tradies in our home. A real delight to hear them laughing and getting on so well whilst working so hard. Happy to recommend Facelift for homes. Our strata complex has a long standing relationship with them as we work on replacing majority of our buildings old window frames. Windows are of good quality and the guys are a pleasure to have on site. The Facelift team replaced and installed the windows at the family home a decade ago, Peter and his team did an absolutely phenomenal job. This time around, the windows at my current home needed replacing, I chose to work with Facelift without hesitation. From the initial consultation with Peter, dealing with Simone & Steve made the process so much easier and manageable for myself. The final stage of installation, the team (Scott, Liam, Duncan & co) went above and beyond, they made sure all the double glazed windows were installed meticulously and covered up the floorings (Significantly less cleaning up required from my end than I initially anticipated).I would strongly recommend reaching out to Facelift for a consultation on window replacements, particularly the Leadlight & double glazed windows.

We had three large wooden windows removed and replaced with aluminium and they look so freaking good. Had so many complements already.Facelift were awesome to deal with every step of the way. Really competitive quote, quick to respond to queries and the installation process was pretty amazing. Most of it was done in a single day with a couple of minor fixes done the next day.Install team was super professional and lovely. And they left the house cleaner than when they arrived!Follow up was really great too. They obviously care about their clients and want to be proud of the jobs they do so they make sure it’s all done perfectly.

Although lockdowns delayed the manufacturing and installation of our windows we are incredibly happy with the result. The team at Facelifts for Homes were professional, personable, and focused on getting the best outcome for us - from the internal enquiry through to the tidy up.We replaced a number of very prominent old timber framed windows in high profile places around our home with aluminium. We now have larger expanses of glass with better insulation and a far less obstructed view. We cannot recommend highly enough.
