Cleanaway Allerton Street Albany Solid Waste Depot
I have had several calls to and fro since they started collecting our trash, the office staff are not good to deal with in my experience. I would prefer if they had some customer service training, or if they have had training, that they used it in their day to day dealings with the public, we do actually employ you guys, you could be polite to us at least.
