Soooo many people out for Xmas shopping. Woollies check out staff are great, but at this time of year, people don't want to be held up by conversation at the checkout while stacking groceries on the belt. There were a lot of unhappy customers, and there are few Grinches out there, lol. All in all, woollies is generally a good place to shop.

Went today, very disappointing, hardly any fruit and what they had was terrible, and the hot cross buns were frozen, so couldn't be eaten straight away, Easter section crammed in the corner, couldn't get more than 1 person with a trolley in there at a time.

Very well run store.Service desk is great for any special orders, will always accommodate if possible.Deli people are excellent, once again for any extra's as was the seafood bloke last Christmas with the prawns.Best Woolies on the East Coast.

Got the order wrong for pick up. My partner was hung by staff out the back in click and collect. No solutions offerred by click and collect. Duty manger was polite unlike the staff at the back. We live out in the bush so we're unable to get back to pick the order up. Unprofessional behaviour by the staff expect for the duty manager
