Ordered two double bacon and egg muffins and a hash brown, first muffin was hard, like it had been microwaved too long, second muffin was even worse, and only had one piece of bacon in it, and even that looked like a torn half piece of bacon. Absolute total waste of my time and money. I then rang them to let them know of my experience, they said they would replace it, and send me a code, they never sent the code. Very disappointing

i got a ice chocolate with my breakfast meal and i was literally given milk with some cream and i poured it into the sink and all of it was milk. Also got stared down at the drive thru window while waiting for my order.

I ordered through uber eat and when the food arrived, my goodness all my meals were soaked the cup of coke had a ripped in the bottom!

Apparently, it's a Maccas thing to re-fry their chips in every single shop I visit.This one was not only re-fried but also not hot, felt like yesterdays chips.Staff definitely doesn't want to be here.No napkins, no sauce, no toy with kids meal.The restaurant was sort of empty, but there was rubish on top of many tables.Definitely don't recommend it.

Shocking experience at this store, my bigmac and cheese burger tasted like it had been sitting there for years and just reheated, i also noticed the staff working there was eating while serving and making the food. Management must fix this. Such a shame because its a nice store with poor effort from the staff

got my food after 10 minutes as they said they making fresh chicken petty but when i got it was cold, dry burger bun no lettuce in the burgerreally bad service

Banana bread burnt, one item unavailable so replaced with choc muffin which was dry. It took a looonnnggg time for order and my 4 yr olds had had enough so they were playing up. Very disappointed ☹️ won’t be back

I order through the My Maccas app and most of the time there is something missing from the order that I have paid extra for but not something that's worth the drive back to the store such as a flake missing from a dessert or sauces missing. From the other reviews this does seem to be a regular thing.

Tried to order cheese burger. Worker spit in my face and ripped a chunk of my hair out, then I got taken to the back of the store where they were doing rituals BC eyes wide shut and stuff. And then the food was cold so I slapped the manager and she transformed into a bloodsucking ant eater and consumed any blood I had left. Will not go there again and I recommend U don't either xx
