Inexpensive and convenient. Way better than hotel laundry service. Change machine wasn't working, but Google/Apple Pay worked great.

I've been going here for years, and it's gotten so bad in the last few months. Price rose to $1 for 6 minutes, and now the minimum on card is $5 (I only need $4 and this has been fine for years..)Then today, my dryer ran for 30minutes and never got hot. Not happy, and there's no way to get my $5 back because customer service is non-existant. This is the second time in 2 weeks that I've had to pay twice for one reason or another.

I went to this place for the first time for Ironing my clothes and the lady who did the ironing burnt my dress. Despite saying sorry fought with me. Upon calling the owner Prashant she shut the shop and kept the clothes. Had to fight to get my clothes back. Bad really worst service these people are running wrong business. I am seeking an answer from the owner who didn’t show up in times of an emergency.

I went there to use the dryers and they worked so 2 stars BUT there was lots of rubbish:- on the counters- powder spilled on the floor- an over flowing bin (maybe just get a bigger bin!)- ants near the dryers and walking up into the ceiling- puddle of something brown and sticky looking on the floorSo I finished and left to find another laundromat for the rest of my things. It's too dodgy and dirty.

A good place to get laundry done. I can't fault it.It is very clean and the machines appear new.It was quiet (Monday lunch time) I did not have to wait for a machine.Cost of wash is $5 in dollar coins. (30mins)Cost to dry med size load on delicate setting was about $5 ($1 increments) (48 mins)Washing machine front load rated for 8kg loadThere may be bulkier machines but I didn't check.The police club bar down the road (turn left as you come out) is a good/inexpensive place to wait and grab a bite to eat. (Open to all)

Yesterday (12-04-2023) we wanted our laundry washed and folded and the sign said somebody would be on site at 8a. We arrived at 7:50a and stayed until 8:30a and no one showed. We came back at 9:30a and still no one was there.

When we got there the laundromat had been locked by mistake. The Manager came very promptly to open up. Efficient machines. The benches needed cleaning.

Place is clean and well-maintained with plenty of machines available for use. There is a vending machine, which had a good selection of snacks and drinks available. The coffee machine was a nice touch too.What really stood out to me was the option to pay using my phone. While I did have to pay a small fee to use the mobile pay, it was worth it for the convenience it provided.The pricing was reasonable with the total cost coming to $8.30 for about 4kg of clothes.
