I find the staff here to be very friendly and helpful. Nazim (the pharmacist) goes that extra mile forcustomers, it’s nice to see.

The slowest pharmacy I have ever been to!The customer behind me in the cue to collect her script complained and so she was pushed ahead of me and taken to the counter to pay, even though mine had just been called. The staff don’t seem to care about customer service at all!! Thanks to them I was late for my doctors appointment next door.

Will never enter this store ever again..people skills were non existent..took my script..not asked if I had them before..not asked if I wanted generic brand..when paying for script I questioned the price as am on a pension..she told me that it was the premium brand and I replied that I wasn’t asked if I would like the generic brand..what an inconvenience that was!!! No apologies..the pharmacist was just as rude..payed the $ ..shoved the paper bag to me..utterly disgraceful..I worked in pharmacy for 40 years and have never experienced service like this..if I had treated a customer like I was treated today I wouldn’t have had a job..if I could give no stars I would have..

Long wait time, waited 25mins for my daughters script. Others who came in after me with new scripts served before me which was frustrating. Staff seem friendly and helpful though.

My wife arrived 2 minutes before the official close yesterday as the lady was closing the door. She asked if it was possible to get a prescription filled as she has a chest infection, the woman said too late go to the pharmacy at Morayfield. This place has no customer service and will never get another cent from us, would rather drive to Ipswich if need be !!

was not aware PriceLine had bought Affinity. went in on Thursday to get husband's script filled was organized chaos took a while to be served, on a Pension card it apparently is an issue will not be going again the staff not very happy or helpful

Went in today to by dermabee on shelf ot was $,12.59 went unto pay Michelle said it will be 20.99 .I said no that nots what on the shelf not even a sorry about that.i paid 12.59 not happy wont be back

A lovely lady served me today at Infinity Pharmacy Burpengary and 5 stars to her but expecting a single person to cover both the busy pharmacy area, and also deal with the Newsagent section on a busy Sunday morning is totally unacceptable. One person cannot possibly deal with pharmacy issues/queries and at the same time be expected to deal with a line of people wanting to check their Saturday night lotto tickets. This poor lady can only do one or the other, not attend to both areas at the same time. More staff needed ASAP Infinity.
