Really happy with the UPS Jerry and the team installed and his advice on generators. His recommendations and system have meant that I've had power during a number of outages and this has kept me working from home doing zoom meetings and the like without a hitch. I also really appreciate Jerry's advice on power saving devices as my ultimate goal is to go off grid; I now have a heat pump hot water system in place, a heat pump dryer and a large wood fire - my electricity bills have plummeted saving me heaps of cash! I'll come back to Jerry and the team when I am ready to upgrade my solar system. Jerry highly promotes his customers to be independent and manage their systems - this is important and critical when it comes to off-grid living - you have got to know how to manage your system yourself as help will not always be available.

I do work with local businesses predominantly to support the community but I was advised not to use Jerry's services and told he was unprofessional and arrogant and stupidly worked with him and it's been a nightmare. He was very kind with me until the payment was made. I needed help to update the system and he insulted me over the phone, now refuses to support us because I did set up boundaries around his poor language use and poor customer care. With such system, it's not just about the set up but about the service after installation and we have had a lot of power outages and sleepless nights with the system and don't get the support. Jerry can be vulgar which makes the communication very difficult. It's been an exhausting experience.
