WOW!!! The service from start to finish was absolutely amazing and unheard of. I needed to exchange a couple of items and Connie went above and beyond to organise this for me - I have never experienced such a positive and seamless encounter with customer service. The Demeyere cookware they sell is without peer in the cooking world, and the passion the owners have for their products is enthusiastic and genuine. Amazingly friendly and responsive Australian small business run by people that have knowledge and passion for what they sell.The Demeyer pans we have are works of art, the 32cm alupro ceraforce fry pan has quickly become our Sunday morning go to, whilst the proline cooks a perfect steak on our gas hob. Both handle a cook up for our family of 5 with ease.The pans are top end, but in terms of value for money these are heirloom quality. Somebody said quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten.Gorgeous, easy to cook with, easy to clean; five-star recommendation
