Amazing vet and staff. Took my foster bunny for nail trim and a broken live nail. The vet and staff were very polite and friendly and knowledgeable. Most of all they are not money hungry practice and are interested in the well being of animals. I have found the perfect care place for my furry children.

I commend their professionalism and compassion. I brought my rabbits for a health check and the process is smooth.I was in line for my check-up, and there was a person in front of me who was clearly agitated and upset over the condition of their pet (who wouldn't be if something was wrong with your pet), and the receptionist handled the situation very courteously and calmly.

Thank you very much Dr Elizabeth and Dr Di. I presented my cat Sky for a check up and both of the drs were really helpful and very caring about my kitty. They kept my cat for whole day for a day care for observation and called me for follow up and asked me to call them up for any issue and ask any questions if I have any. They both showed empathy towards my cat and were very reassuring since I was very worried about my baby. I was sent home with some helpful meds and he is doing really well at the moment. I can't really review the vetinary professional service as unfortunately i never got to see her/him! I made an appointment to see them for my dog, arranged my diary accordingly, got there only to be informed that they didn't have an appointment for me. I expressed the urgency and importance and was told wait around for an unspecified time in case they could maybe squeeze us in. When i asked how it had been that the appointment had been confirmed i was told bluntly that they couldn't answer that and if i wanted i could wait around outside.Needless to say never again.They probably did us a favour because i contacted a vet in merrylands who was able to see us immediately was happy to shuffle things to do so and was absolutely amazing.. so thanks cottage vets!!
