I do know Mr Matteo Vinci towards 20 years. I had been given Matteo's phone number because I needed someone to help me with a computer problem. My problem was solved in no time and I wondered how experienced Matteo was for being so young. He was at most 19 years old then.Anyhow, over the years I called Matteo at odd times for computing or computer network related problems and he usually turned up very soon. If he could not come straight away he gave me a clear estimate of his arrival.It turned out that Matteo also had some extensive knowledge with audio and TV equipment which came handy several times.I am retired and not up to the latest things in the audio, tv and the computer world and I am glad knowing Matteo, who I can fall back on if I can’t solve a problem. Matteo’s expertise and workmanship has been worth every cent he has charged me over the years.

Matteo was fantastic, everything you want in an IT guy - patient patient patient ... AND thorough, polite, friendly, socially competent and completely respectable. He went to the shops to purchase a new wifi-extension box for me, and installed it. In order to find the best position in relation to the main router (not an easy task with walls, furniture, gates and distance), he went back and forth rearranging things, measuring signals and reporting on results. Not once did he look at his clock or seem rushed at all. Instead he persisted until he was happy that everything was perfect. Needless to say I'll be contacting him again for any problems related to wifi/internet, and I'll be recommending him to everyone looking for a fantastic tech guy.

Matteo came to our place after business hours yesterday and worked into the night to resolve issues I was having with my Mac. He certainly knows his way around Mac, iCloud, Google Storage, data management and back-up, synching... all that stuff that drives the rest of us mere mortals nuts. He was patient and persevered until all of my issues were resolved. Highly recommended.

Matteo came promptly and fixed the issue. Communication was excellent. I’d happily have him again or recommend his services.

Mattias responded to my request very quickly and booked to come and fix the issue on the same day. He spent the time to listen to me about what was wrong and was very polite.He was able to fix my issue on the spot, which was such a relief as I use my laptop for my business. He gave me a few tips to assist if the issue recurs, but I haven’t had any issues since.I will definitely be calling Mattias back if I have any more IT issues. I really appreciated his assistance.

Matteo is a very polite and helpful person he has sped-up my phone and increased battery life also fixed my computer and helped resolved networking problems.thank you so much highly recommended.

Matteo responded quickly and had no issues with understanding what i wanted to achieve with numerous projects I was in the process of setting up. From moving in and out of air bnb and ensuring we could still run our business to setting up our new factory unit and office, he made everything a breeze and explained things very well. Everything works exactly as they should and Matteo even did our whole network and internet account set ups for us too. Can't recomend Matteo highly enough and wouldn't use anyone else!
