Super Butcher Morayfield have the best customer service we have ever experienced.The staff will take their time in chatting with you, and finding the perfect items for you and your family.Every week we do our groceries and every week we are met with friendly service and high quality meats.The one and only time we had an issue with the quality of our steaks, we were offered a full refund or swap with a sincere apology.

Super Butcher a few months ago unfortunately were very understocked and not catering to the demographic of the area.. I'm glad they have changed management around and realised before it was to late.. the meat can be exy but its quality and thats what you pay for.

Absolutely cannot fault the service here. I had never been so walked in not having a clue how to navigate the weekly special of 5 meals for $50. Seeing me walking around clearly looking lost I was quickly offered extremely friendly service, walking me to the area and explaining it all to me thoroughly, even swapping out sausage flavour for me due to allergy at no extra cost to our family. Our son was stoked with the free chuppa chup too! Hats off to the young guy that helped us in particular however all staff were so so friendly! Will definitely be back!

Shelves were bare literally nothing at all. Nothing in the 5 for $50. No small cuts of meat just whole cuts. I was expecting better. Maybe better management is needed

Second time now that we have had off meat from the Morayfield store. 1st purchase was not long after opening and we got some mince that was not good, returned and got it replaced after having to argue that mince was brown and smelt bad not just discoloured from lack of air. This time bought a tray of Lamb Chops which were still in date and were sticky and smelt bad when cooking. I am done chucked these out and won’t be back..

Wow! I cannot believe how expensive you guys are in comparison to Meat City or even Woolworths! Such a minimumal range of meat too. The lady advised me on my first visit that they were just running low on stock.. but the second trip proves that wrong sorry.
