The rental service for landlords property owner is downright unprofessional, not caring and non responsive. Actually incompetent. Cos we bought from them hence our lethargy got better of us to not change. The people you deal with can’t understand clear instructions and on repeated basis our calls for escalations with the agency principal was not responded to. One of the worst - for tenancy management. If I read below feedback from Kirstyn Moloney feedback - seems to be having similar tones as me. JUST DO NOT HAVE BASIC COURTESY TOWARDS PROPERTY OWNERS WHO HAVE PAID FOR THEIR SERVICE FOR YEARS. Good news is that there are a number of well managed property management real estate firms so no need to bother with this anyways.
