Bit crowded and kiosks are hit and a miss. Tables are not the clean flies everywhere. Clearly they are understaffed. I wanted to dine in. However, due to the atmosphere I decided to make it take away and ate in the car. Staff are very helpful despite so many orders they tried their best to catch up and help customers.

Disappointing experience. 10 am only one other customer in store. Tables were dirty. I stood at the counter for five minutes young lady saw me but just ignored me until, finallyI called out for service. She did reluctantly serve me and our order was out quickly. But not called, just left sitting on the counter until I went to see if it was ours. It appears every one is expected to use the self ordering key pads. If you are old and don't you will be ignored at the counter. We are over 80 have used Macca's all around Aus and generally, we are big fans, so this is not just a cranky customer complaint.

On the way back from Phillip island to melbourne.This is a 20 min drive feom phillip island after chocolate factory.Good to have a small meal while on the road.

Refilled my rental car here while returning from penguin island, payment done by my card.Before laeving I took a small cup coffee which cost around 2.5 AUD, but payment declined by my card 2-3 times. On knowing we had same transaction difficulty a brother in the reception offered it for free ( thanks for his kind gesture) but finally payment successful by another card.

Quiet or busy the staff literally do a really good job. Wish they got paid more for what they deal with. Well done maccas team! Have a wonderful year! ❤️

Service was very slow, and order accuracy was poor. Staff were surprised happy meals came with drinks

Stopped to get ice creams and drinks. Only 1 person before us and waited at least 15 mins. Every table had food scraps on them, floor had serviettes and food scraps everywhere and looked like it hadn’t been mopped for weeks. We were going to sit in but decided car would be more hygienic to eat in.
