The worst possible customer service I have ever had to put up with, late deliveries, broken promises, missed items, faulty wiring and faulty toolbox that they won’t repair under warranty and the unit is less then a month old. They ignore your calls and emails even when you reach out to the owner. Just terrible to deal with, absolutely worst mistake I have ever made was to use HiDrive!!

Good quality workmanship nice finish reasonably priced no problem at all

2weeks to get a quote from them. Imagine if I had one and there was a problem ,how long I would have to wait.So overpriced and 4 month wait to even start building the unit. Obviously don’t deal with everyday consumers and used to dealing with big companies and government bodiesThere are so many other canopies out there that are half the price and just as good.
