Waited half an hour just to drop off a urine sample. I was in the waiting room with four other men. All we could hear most of the time was chit chat and laughter from down the hall. In the end I had to walk down the hall and plonk the sample in some random container. The previous day's blood test was good though, the nurse whom conducted the venipuncture was very friendly and had us in the room moments after sitting down.

Got tested for covid with SNP, 4 days later I receive a call saying they lost my swab. How extremely unprofessional.This has greatly inconvenienced me.
