Exorbitant hourly rate for standard of work. Owner charged 12 hours for a small vacant townhouse, windows excluded. I had to finish the clean properly myself. Workers arrived an hour late, after going to wrong address, in their own oil-leaking car, no sign of the van shown in the ad. No issue with the cleaners, but clearly they are given inadequate support by the owner.

Wow! If only I could have scored this company a zero!!I had a house clean scheduled, unfortunately my baby ended up in Perth Childrens Hospital early hours on the Monday morning (our scheduled clean was for Monday morning at 10.30am)I advised we had to postpone our clean for the following week prior to 7am so the company could reschedule further work.Then the following week no text message advising the clean for Monday as per normal. I send a follow up message the day prior - no response. I call numerous times on the Monday morning and also message and NO response!Clearly you have no children and don't comprehend that kids unfortunately get ill with NO warning.Terrible company to deal with and I'm glad to be giving my money to another local business with a much nicer attitude to their client's!

I used this company to do a bond clean for my house, once completed it looked amazing! I highly recommend them!
