Having been told by another business that my non-starting, Stihl MS391 chainsaw was uneconomic to repair and that coils for this model are no longer available, I thought I'd get a second opinion from a shop that weren't motivated to sell me a Husqvarna. The team at Stihl Mt Barker unequivocally refuted both claims and had the saw running in minutes at no cost. So I bought two new chains and will only use them in the future. Excellent service team!

Understandable some parts take time but the lack of communication between when and where and why. Dropped my whipper snipper off ages ago, and had to chase any information. It's been looked at but no idea when parts may come.Communication is the key guys.

They treat intelligent people like idiots . I've been in there at least 6 times now and have been met with arrogance and rudeness each time.. As a professional in the trade I often up date my equipment so they have cost them selves a lot of business . I will not be returning

I love my new Weibang mower! There's no way I would've received this level of personal attention at Bunnings.

after an unsuccessful try elsewhere. I took my chainsaw in here and asked if someone could start it as i physically cant.. it hadnt been been started for a year... No problem.. they started it, told me it was all good and declined any payment... now that is great customer service
