I was very unsure about pilates before i started, but now i go twice a week and feel so great after it. Fiona is a wealth of knowledge and is very understanding of peoples needs. Would recommend to everyone to give it a go.

Fiona was fabulous had a great workout very detailed in her delivery and very good with cues and understanding body dynamics movement and anatomy - highly recommend Fiona for your base line training whether that be yoga running or your favourite sport thanks fiona regards kate ( yoga pilates and qi Hong teacher )
