Took half an hr to get lunch, no wear near enough staff, people waiting too long, chips weren't even full, store was dirty...won't be going there again.....

I went to this kfc in buy to be out of due to the toilets are so disgusting and stunk like death I will say something when others won’t how shameful absolutely disgusting I work on the roads and travel and this is the worst I have ever been in I am in my gambier kfc and wow how good…port Augusta kfc I informed the staff and they did not care one bit but what do you expect from teenagers…I will be telling everyone about this and I put it up on TikTok as well disgraceful

Slow service. Refused to give my partner the Pepsi max that was missed, had to argue at the counter in front of tons of people before they reluctantly passed it to us. Food was poor compared to other kfc I’ve tasted. Fries very salty on one side, no taste on the other. Soggy chicken.

Not impressed about our meal chicken tenders are on the dry side potato&gravy was warm and sloppy chips are yuck. Last meal I will be buying.

They only have teaspoons for cutlery. How the hell do you eat salad with a spoon the size of an ice cream taster spoon. A fork would have been better.

Ordered online , wasn't overly busy yet staff still appeared to be struggling to be organised . The chicken was dry and over cooked and the twister the wrap was like it was stale. The young man serving was trying his hardest but management seemed to be struggling to keep it together. A staff member who just come.on shift was sent to help but then was confused about directions for the manager or supervisor . He needed to have his hair pulled back or washed with his hair hanging from under his hat looked untidy and shouldn't be handling food with loose hair.I stood and watched what was happening and there was no reason our meal wasn't put together when the twister sat there for 5 minutes waiting for it to be finished. Overall a poor experience.

It's KFC. Chicken is cooked and tastes like KFC. Do the chips sometimes have too much salt and other times not enough? Yes, but I came for the chicken. Do they sometimes forget my chips/gravy/coleslaw during peak times? Yes, but I came for the chicken. If you want KFC you'll get it here. Also staff here are mostly pretty good.

Extremely slow service, over 20 minutes to get a small meal and burger.. they were messing up everyone's order as well, so check what you are given to ensure is right...

Cannot rate it, burger felt and tasted like 5 days old, was freezing, and we sat out side to wait for it, 10 minutes later we look inside and it's sitting on the counter noone told us it was ready! We were the only customers there. Would never stop there again. Also no eftpos working which would have changed our minds about purchasing in first place if we're told before hand.
