Had a great experience with these guys from quote to completion. They were more than understanding when I had to delay the job because of the COVID-19 pandemic and uncertainty with work which was appreciated. Even tho my job was over two very different surfaces a few other business's didn't want to do the job, but Matt at Onn Guard was more than happy to tackle the job and I couldn't be happier.

Matt and his team did an awesome job with our garage floor and sealing our driveway, they both look great.We are very please with the professional work and service provided by Onn Guard and highly recommend them.

We are very happy with our new polyurea garage floor. Matt provided a quote along with advice on the coating and colour range, he also provided address in the area where we could have a look at driveways that he has done previously. Over the two days of the job Matt was prompt and efficient and the finished job was excellent and colour matching perfect. Had Onn Guard do an Epoxy Flake Driveway in 2020Matt was very professional during the whole process, he came out to quote the job, was very helpful in suggestions etcThe end Result was Amazing, Matt got in and got the job done with no mucking around.My 1 star unfortunately comes from the Post work experience, we were so happy with the product that not long after we reached out to Matt again to have our patio quoted, His response made it seem like we were a bother and that he wasn’t interested in coming out, he then asked for photos instead, so we sent him photos and heard nothing from Matt, so we gave up and he never bothered contacting us.I then reached out to Matt months later with photos of a stain on the driveway and what he’d recommend to use to clean it, he again made it seem like a bother to help a customer, and found it funny that his work was stained, another non professional encounter.Not learning my lesson, I called Matt recently to enquire about the “12 year warranty” they advertise on their website asking him what that would include with the Epoxy Flake Driveways, he proceeded to tell me that “nothings goes wrong with them and are super durable” which I then explained to him that parts of my driveway that he installed had lost flakes in parts of the driveway, some parts much worse than others, Matt then said it’s something that can be fixed and to send him photos,I sent Matt photos the next day with a detailed message about it all and what a surprise! never heard back, I gave him a week to reply as I understand it gets very busy and work comes first but any business knows it doesn’t take 1 week to reply to a customer let alone to organise warranty on a previous job.If you’re someone that cares about Post Work Customer Service as much as quality of the job, don’t use Onn Guard.He was happy to do the work (maybe in a quiet period because he was actually contactable) but any follow up enquiries he couldn’t care less about, was rude at times and never bothered texting or calling backSuper disappointing, Don’t bother with Onn Guard

Onnguard provided excellent customer service and responsiveness. Being a new build, Matt was extremely flexible with fitting in to help us between handover and moving in. I was able to plan a timeline almost 8 weeks in advance to have garage epoxy flooring completed on our home purchase prior to moving in.Matt was able to coordinate the preparation and completion in 1.5 days.The finished flooring is spectacular and is a testament to his skill, equipment and preparation of the existing 20 year old well used garage floor.Very satisfied customer.
