They are fast, professional and incredibly obliging.It is fantastic to know that any query or concern is taken seriously and followed up directly. I've been using EatFirst (previously Order-In) regularly for serval years. The range of services and delicious catering options are fantastic, it's the Uber Eats of corporate catering! However, it's the excellent customer service and reliability that keeps me coming back. The team are always so professional and lovely to deal with, no task is too much and they're always able to assist difficult last minute requests. Special mention to our fabulous account manager, Jodi, who is always checking that everything is 'in order' and suggesting fabulous ideas to get our team engaged... and fed! Every single catering goes very well when booked with Order-In. Food is always presented well, delivered fresh, on time and of high quality standard. What I love about Order-In is their ability to cater to short-notice order requests and amendments without hesitation and still fantastically deliver a great variety of food. Amazing service!

Placed an order for a company lunch, requested the sandwiches with no pork and no vegetarian. Disappointingly we received a row of sandwiches with ham and 60% vegetarian. Sent them an email to request a response and it has been 2 days and nothing. Not worth using for corporate catering. Go direct with someone reliable not through this third party.

I have been using Eatfirst from a long time now.They have recently launched another service called On My Lunch for staff lunches. Now everyone in the office order their own lunches via this platform and I don't have to worry about oraganising the food. It's saves me a lot of time and headache.
