Very professional and easy to deal with. They supplied and fitted what they quoted, left the site clean and tidy.

The staff that I dealt with, Narelle & Gemma were very helpful. They were efficient and made sure they got back to me quickly regarding my order. I would definitely recommend this business. It was a pleasant change for staff to go above and beyond.

Asked for a quote over a month ago, was told someone would call me to organise a day/time to come out to my property, never received a call back. Disappointing as I wanted to support local business, will need to go elsewhere as this company doesn't care about their potential customers and is obviously lacking in customer service.

Firstly I need to say that I have never written a poor Google Review about a Central Coast Business before and wish that I didn't feel I had to now but I've been left with no choice.Back in 2020 I paid this Business $7700 dollars to have 4 Colour Bond Gates put on our property so that we could bring our buses in and out of our property for our Business .We never questioned the invoice from this company or asked for cheaper prices as, being in Business ourselves, we know how annoying this can be .Over the last two years we have had nothing but problems with these gates with poor, cheap hinges being put on and the gates constantly dragging along the ground .In October 2022, we asked them to come back to fix the problem which they did agree to do and they agreed whilst here that the screws originally put in were too short and to replace the hinges which they said they would replace . To make the job worthwhile I asked them to put in another small gate .Once again we did not question the price or ask for discounts, we just wanted our gates to work properly and were happy to pay money to get them fixed properly .Central Coast Fencing did send someone out and the person did try and fix the gates that they had installed which had only been on for two years . But, one of the gates is now dragging along the ground again.Please also have a look at the new, smaller gate that was put on which doesn't follow the fence line....what's the reason for the large gap at the top? Would you be happy with the workmanship if this was the quality of the work done at your property?I accept that I made an error in judgement using this company and by giving them a second chance to come & fix the issue . For people reading this review, I hope by reading this you don't make the same mistake & use this company.

Its not often you come across a business on the Central Coast that actually know the meaning of service. I would recommend them in a heart beat.
