I bought a suitcase in March this year. I opened the suitcase to start to pack my stuff today and found the warranty card. I wondered if the warranty will be covered for 10 years like it said. I decided to ask the staff. Young chinese lady staff was helpful although she quickly raised her voice as soon as I said the word WARRANTY. I have worked in retail industry as a area manager previously. I know it is irritating when people try to get a refund or exchange when the item was damaged by customer's fault. But it was not this case. I asked myself what did I do wrong? Why is she angry to me? I just asked a question and there was no any intention to upset her. I was not being rude when asking the question. It was a shame to hear it is a COMMON SENSE to keep the receipt" more than three times and made our conversation such as dramatic situation where customers try to fight the sales staff as in like nonsense refund scenario. By her saying

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very efficient and persistent about getting your money, but if anything goes wrong they made it as time consuming and problematic as they can. I bought a suitcase , packed it took it to the airport and it broke. They refused to do anything at all to help and basically told me it was my fault. So do not ever buy anything from this store.With response to the owners comments, the respect needs to be given to the customer as well. the Suitcase was packed and taken to the airport. You also told me it was too hard to help me find the receipt in your system, I don't consider this to be good customer service.

They are double personalities It's nice when you sell things, but when you ask because of a problem, there attitude changes 180 degrees and speak aggressively. Don’t buy anything here.Amazon is the best.

I have bought luggages at this store. Staff are trained well, explained all the details I need to keep after the purchase. They know their stock well. They provide good and efficient customer service.

Werribee plaza Pera offer good customer service. You can find any different brands luggage and surprise in the store. The staffs are kindly and nice.

Products are nice presented with price tags attached, sales items are clearly marked. Staff are nice and very helpful! Will definitely shopping with them again!
