Catered for a 40 person birthday party without issues. Marc (chef) was excellent and fitted in well with the crowd. The service and food were very good, tasty and enjoyable. Cooking it on site created a great sense of theatre and anticipation for guests. Timing worked well and sufficient food for all. Would certainly use them again

If you want a stress free party with amazing food and service then you don't have to look any further! Spicy catering was recommended by my father in law and I'm so glad that I chose them to cater for my partner's surprise 40th party.Julian was amazing in helping me organise and answer all my questions. If you're interested in hiring Spanish catering, I highly recommend Spicy Catering. We hired them for our wedding and we couldn't be happier with the food.All our guests loved the different paellas served at the reception (seafood, chicken and vegetarian), and also the canapes during the cocktail time, and the dessert (amazing crema catalana and Basque cheesecake!).As a Spanish person living in Sydney for almost ten years, their paella is definitely the best paella I've tried in Australia. And I can confidently say (and my Spanish family also agreed on this) that you would have to go to a very good restaurant in Spain to try a paella this good.Very important. Spicy catering didn't have any problem at all to accommodate their menu to those guests with different dietary requirements.To finish with this review, I only have great words for Julian and his team. They are truly amazing people. The communication with them was perfect before, during, and after the wedding. And apart from serving top quality food, they also engaged in casual conversations with our family and guests, which made the event even more special.

What a fantastic night we had with Spicy Catering doing an amazing job. The food was prepared and cooked right in front of our guests who loved watching Julian cook.All the ingredients were super fresh and tasty, there was plenty of food and Julian set up, served and cleaned up making the night a great success.The sangria was also excellent.Thank you for making my husbands 60th birthday a night to remember. Julian and his team are absolutely incredible. Not only is his food mouthwatering and the best paella I have ever had, his customer service is second to none. I strongly recommend Spicy catering, we used them for our sons first birthday and the services are so generous which is amazing because our families are huge eaters and there was plenty of paella to go around.

Wow, what an amazing day we had celebrating my Mum’s 80th, thanks to Julian of Spicy Catering. The tapas were fantastic, in particular the chorizo croquettes, which melted in the mouth and had an incredible flavour. A perfect way to build up to the main event of the mixed meat and seafood paella, which was outstanding!! It was such fun to watch the whole process of the paella being made, and contributed to the anticipation of eating it. Gosh, it was so delicious! Although we were already very full, we couldn’t stop eating the churros with melted chocolate, which were sooooo good!!! Besides the quality of the food, it was a pleasure to deal with Julian, who was prompt, polite, well organised and professional. I will definitely be using Spicy Catering again and highly recommend them for your next event.

A family party was made even more special with the delicious paella and tapas from Spicy Catering. Julian was great to communicate with before the event and even a change of venue on the day did not worry him. I highly recommend Spicy Catering for the best food, service and value. Hands down the best paella I’ve ever had. Only the best and freshest ingredients were used. We had my wife’s birthday celebration and everyone was still raving about the food for days after. Wouldn’t go anywhere else anymore, thanks again for your massive contribution in the success of our party :)
