Went to the Pines for some shopping. Been a regular customer at Michels Patisserie, the Pines. The service was excellent and I did not have to wait long for my coffee. I had ordered a Large Hot Chocolate, the price was very reasonable and it was a delight. Overall, I would highly recommend to start drinking coffee, have lunch, have breakfast or others at the Michels Patisserie, the Pines.

Very poor service! Not friendly, not even a smile! The owner was at pains to honor loyalty free coffee card! The previous owners very very nice. I have stopped going there for coffee.

My wife and I have been to Michel's The Pines many times. The food is very tasty and well presented. The staff and service provided is impeccable. The environment is pleasant and exuberant. 100% will definitely go again. Thanks for the succulent and luscious Mango Cheese cake.

Friendly, courteous...can't fault service here.The reviewer that didn't get a smile must have been mistake. I always drown in smiles when buying a coffee here!

Unfortunately I purchased the chocolate gateau cake and it was dry and not fresh. It was embarrassing I bought it for my nephews bday dinner!

I went there for lunch with my mother, the Staff were lit up. Full of smiles. The service was 10/10. The coffee was made fast and tasted very very nice!

I have been getting my coffee at Michel’s The Pines for many years. The customer service is second to none - I am always greeted with a smile and the staff are always very friendly.The store also offers a good range of cakes. The coffees are also made very well!
