This reserve is not large and has a couple of small patches of grass. The winding pathways that snake through these patches are ideal for jogging and dog-walking. They've built an excellent playground here however and it offers a variety of learning inspired play! Instead of bark covering the ground, the kid's play area is cushioned by an artificial crash & fall resistant soft and rubbery surface. The highest falls will not break your child here, instead they will bounce, laugh & carry on playing! Just what we want yes?

The “Block Playground”, according to my children. Nice range of relatively contemporary equipment for a variety of ages. Medium sized, plenty of benches and a sheltered BBQ with picnic table. Nearby stone & wood jump-course is a nice addition
