I reached out to this company for interior design assistance, but unfortunately, I did not receive the level of support I was hoping for. The email communication was unhelpful and lacked empathy towards my needs as a potential customer. While I understand that the company may have specific requirements for the projects they take on, I felt that the responses I received were dismissive and did not provide me with the clarity I needed. I was directed to their website to learn more about their services, which left me feeling confused and frustrated. As a result, I have decided not to work with this company. I hope that they will improve their communication and customer service in the future to better serve their clients.
