I went in there this morning to purchase a mortise lock and handle.The gentleman that served me was so rude, I just walked out. I went around the corner to business called Access Hardware - they were pleasant to deal with, and had a bigger range!

Locksmith warehouse is not at all customer focused. They supplied the wrong handles and locks to us which we didn't realise until we went to install them a few months later. When we told them, the guy was rude and arrogant and didn't want to know. If we want to change we have to purchase new locks. I will search the country for another supplier just to not have to deal with Locksmiths Warehouse! I would NEVER recommend Locksmiths Warehouse to anyone.
