The consultant who assisted me was knowledgeable and a good representative of the business. She took the time to call as soon as she was able to provide answers that required consultation with management.She always smiles and acknowledges me when I attend the gym.

The gym is well equipped, clean, and the environment is welcoming and non-intimidating. I've been going here on and off for a while, and have seen a few teams manage the gym. All AF Unley staff have been highly professional, friendly and welcoming of everyone. AF Unley has a great atmosphere, a diverse crowd train here, young and old from your novices to your experienced lifters, bodybuilders and athletes, everyone is welcomed and the vibe of the place is great. It's always a pleasure to train here and the staff truly value their members, knowing most on a first name basis. You're more than just a number in a system here, you're a valued member of the AF Unley community.

Update-Gym seems neglected. The management should audit the machines regularly and get them fixed or labeled if broken.

1 star is generous. The gym is constantly dirty and dusty, the toilets are poorly looked after, there are frequently no wipes for the equipment, and there are nowhere near enough machines and equipment for the amount of people who visit this gym. Doesn’t matter if you go at 5am or 11am - you’ll be waiting for machines. That’s if the machine you want to use is even functional, and if it’s not, you’ll be waiting 4+ days for it to be fixed. Instead of the staff putting their energy into being relatable (the Polaroid board in the lobby LOL) it would be nice if they put that energy toward making the gym run as smoothly as possible for the people who are paying decent money to be there.

Be careful when signing a contract with these guys. Even on a direct debit membership (their flexible" membership)

I am extremely disappointed in Anytime Fitness Unley. I have been a loyal client for a number of years. Several months ago I received an ankle injury which has kept me off my feet. They allowed me to put my membership on freeze for 3 months. After seeing my surgeon, I am still not able to come back for quite some time. They were going to make me pay even though i couldnt go, so I have to cancel my membership. Now they are making me pay one full month (even though they still know i am not able to come back) before they will cancel my membership. You would think, after all the years i have been a customer, they would do better. It's not about the clients at all. It's all about the money. No compassion at all by their Manager Kristen of the situation. I would not recommend Anytime Fitness Unley.

The equipment here is fantastic, they have everything I need for my daily workouts. The managers are always very welcoming and helpful too!Whenever anything needs fixing or replaced they have been prompt in their actions.Would recommend

When you cancel your membership, they will give you a long cooling-off period(mandatory), which means they will still deduct your money even if you have stated clearly that you will not go back in the next few weeks. I don't really care about the money, but I just don't like this feeling. I left anytime-fitness and rejoined it previously, but that is the first time I got this cooling-off period. I will not join Unley Antime fitness again.

It's a pretty 24-hour good gym with a decent selection of machines. Fees are a bit high compared with some budget options but you get the choice of using any of the gyms are the country, which is good if you travel. Not many classes available though, so that could be improved.

My 17 year old daughter has spent 3 months endeavouring to cancel her membership. It has not been actioned despite many emails, because she did not compete a hard copy cancelation/feedback form, all the while debiting my account. Management don't seem to understand that an email is a legal method of communication. Having to come in a complete their form should not be an excuse not to action her cancellation. This is just a money trap and poor business practice, especially since it involves a minor.
