Manly Aquatic Centre

I have been a member of the gym for over a year. The team is amazing, always listening and there to help.For the first time I have just done a personal training with Fab, he made a program just for me, respecting my expectations.I highly recommend this centre !Merci guys for being there even when I couldn't speak English.Big up to the gym team ❤️

I really like this centre. Heaps of pools a gym, sauna, steam room, spa - grassed areas, sunbaking lounges indoor, outdoor pools - what is not to love.

Hi team,We just had our swimming class for Leo (3 years old) this morning with a substitute coach. His name is Val.Val is the best coach we have had for the last 18 months or so! He was so good with the kids. Leo loved being in Val’s class straight away, despite usually it takes Leo 3-4 classes to feel comfortable with a new coach. Val is fun, proactive, entraining, and he was able to keep Leo’s attention for the entire 30mins, which is a big challenge for anyone.Thank you Val. (3.5 stars)This is the second swimming complex in Sydney named after the legendary Andrew ‘Boy’ Charlton and it dwarfs its Woolloomooloo namesake. With seven pools for various purposes and audiences - four outdoors and three indoors- plus a large spa, it’s epic.You can see how it has grown and been added to over many decades, from a simple 1m deep 25m outdoor pool to the very modern indoor pools with water play features, but our preferred swim here was the 50m outdoor Olympic pool.The water temperature was perfect, it’s salt water chlorinated (yay!) making for a buoyant and pleasant water experience. Unfortunately on a hot Sunday there was only one lane of it devoted to recreational swimmers.This particular pool has history too, having had big names like Michael Phelps train in it… but he probably would’ve been appalled by our languid paddling and floating around on a hot Summer’s day.The historical accretion of facilities means there are two entire sets of change rooms to choose from, plus an indoor cafe, with plenty of free parking in the car park or on the street.

Excellent attention, cheep and really good equipment, the subscription includes sauna pool jacuzzi steam, fitness classes and gym, is perfect

External 50m and 25m pool ,and x 25m internal pool with 2x toddler pools. Gets very busy, renovations done a few years ago, should have included an internal 50m pool that could be devided into 2 smaller 25m.pools.Car parkinng can be very chaotic especially along main road on weekends as you have outdoor sports games to contend with.Food is average, but if kids really hungry, you can't go wrong with hot chips and a drink.

Great place to swim ,gym or relax. Inside and outside pools. All patrolled. They also have a great gym . Coffee and food great . Enjoy Jeff
