Descent store with most of options available which cant be found in city store.Staff service is good and they are very responsive

It's a really great store in a terrific location. I really think it's handy for just about anything you could need. I love the sports section, they always have plenty of up to date training equipment with good variety, and the staff are always keen to give you a hand. It's also great value

Useful store for a lot of things but their stock information seems to always be wrong. Says in stock online, but then it’s not, or vice versa. Very frustrating. Ordering online for pickup doesn’t help- they’ll just give you the parts of your order that are in store and refund the rest instead of actually having them or getting them in for you.

Nice store, neat and great selections.Here’s the turn off.l witnessed a person who clearly had stolen items and who then in his defensive refused to listen to staff who check dockets. Staff member said he often does it and gets away with it!? If so then surely employing a security guard or two would be wiser!The world is going insane by the minute

At 8:15-20 1/14 I witnessed a security guard physically man handle and assault a homeless man who seemingly had a receipt for his items. Disgusting behaviour. Will go back again and try and photography the security guard who did this and report it as an assault. Security guards do not hold the right to physically assault individuals regardless of their suspicion. Over what? Sweat shop made t shirts. Sickening.

Spacious store and stocks are mostly full but they don't have some items that can be found in city.

My boy Rodney hooked me up with my LED sunset light. Customer service second to none and didn't hesitate to look out back for me.Pay Rodney more.

Normally love a good and lengthy browse of a Kmart. Went to Barkly Square store yesterday and they were blasting the worst playlist at maximum treble (or maybe the audio system is rubbish). It was so loud and annoying, it was like they wanted all the customers to leave.I can’t imagine how people with sensory issues would have coped. I’m going to be avoiding this store.

If I could give no stars I would. On Saturday I purchased a quilt cover set only to have a change of mind before I even took it home realising that it is velour and would only trap hair (I have a cat). I did not remove it from the packaging even the shopping bag I had put it in. So I decided to return it yesterday only to be told that there is a no return policy on bedding. I calmly argued the point stating that I have not removed it from the packaging to which the lady at the lay by desk acknowledged. I was then told that there are signs on the racks stating this no returns policy . I went to the rack where the cover set was and there were no such signs. The lady called in other staff to tell me the same thing. I took photos of the lack of signs and took it back to show the lady. She walked away without acknowledging what I was trying to explain to her. I called out to her not to walk away from me to which she turned around and yelled back at me stating that I'm yelling at her (which I was not)and proceeded to walk into the back warehouse area . I went back to the lay by desk and asked to speak to the store manager. They called in a senior sales person (another show of disrespect ) as obviously to them , my concern did not warrant speaking to a manager, to which he told me that it is on their returns policy on the website that they do not return bedding opened or still in the packaging. This is incorrect . Please see below where the policy states they do not return if packaging is opened. Please see photo below of the receipt and the unopened , completely in tact quilt cover.I also pointed out that they were selling children's bedding items in their sales bin that have been opened and most likely stepped on... that in itself goes against their reasons for their no returns policy on bedding. I have attached photos for everyone to view. The sales staff are very misinformed and treated me badly when I questioned their contradicting policy. Why is it ok to sell store soiled pillow cases that have been opened and most likely thrown on the ground or god knows where its been , but I cant get a store credit on an unopened quilt cover. I remained very calm the whole time I spoke with the staff, I just needed to understand their contradictions and their go to comment ie. take it up with HO... not our problem attitude...Disgusting treatment of a loyal customer Kmart Brunswick !!!

I havent been to many Kmastr before. But this one has less collections in men's. Cant recommend if you are aiming varieties of styles. However please visit for clearance sales. You can get good tshirts here for chrap price.
