Regimen Massage

Absolutely horrible massage. The lady spoke no English and even with flinching and asking for a lighter pressure she did not change. Each time I asked for lighter pressure or explained I was in pain from what she was doing, the receptionist had to come in and translate, the receptionist approached this in an extremely rude manner. This massage caused me a lot of pain as she was directly rubbing her elbow up and down my spine. I left the massage halfway through and struggled to get my money for the extra 30 mins not used refunded. Don’t waste your time or money here, all you end with is pain.

Didn't have a good experience when I came a few years back, but decided to give them a shot when I found out they were under new management.BEST DECISION EVER.The masseurs were very professional, very friendly, and were very detailed to my requests.I totally recommend these guys, and will be a regular.Bonus - the food options nearby are amazing too, so it's nice to relax and have a nice meal.

Absolutely amazing!!! Had the foot massage and will definitely go back! It was so relaxing…dimmed lights, soft music, tranquil colours, it smelled great and it was clean! The staff were also really lovely

Not a great experience!Me and my husband went there for a full body massage but all they focused on was the back. The place wasn’t relaxing or peaceful as people or staff were talking too loudly and it was disturbing the peaceful environment.

if you are looking for a good deep tissue massage then this is the absolute best place to visit. It is very clean and from the staff to the manager they are all very professional.

Absolutely amazing! Extremely friendly staff, neat and clean environment. We booked in for a remedial massage and left there super relaxed. We will definitely be returning...soon!

Will not visit again.Was recommended this place by an acquaintance, I had the full body massage for 60 minutes. At the time there was an option to select the early bird price for $59 (without using the health insurance cover) OR the full price which was $80. As I wanted to utilise my health insurance, I opted for the $80 price - only to find out later that their practitioner (Shu Yin Chao) is not registered with AHPRA so my health fund refused to pay the benefits of the remedial massage. Greatly disappointed as I felt like they falsely advertised their services, had I known that I wouldn't be able to use my health fund I would have paid the early bird price.Massage was ok, but was disappointed with the lack of transparency and honesty of this place.Edit - to clarify the issue I have is not with Bupa (who is not my health insurance provider anyway). The practitioner who you listed on the receipt: Shu Yin Chao is not currently registered with AHPRA so any health fund will not pay rebates.
