Port Kembla Lookout Hill 60
Beautiful panoramic views of parts of the Illawarra, beaches and the five islands. Bbq/picnic area, well maintained toilets, historic site with underground tunnels. Great spot to catch a beautiful sunset as well.

It was ok but would have been nice to see some signs because I didn’t know what this lookout was all about. The views are what makes it special. Hard to find too.

Absolutely stunning viewing point that gives you a great view of everything around you. You can easily get here using public transport (10 min climb pictured) or by car.You can also go down to the beach to see the rocks but it's a fairly steep climb down and back up, there's a road to do that if you came by car.

The tunnels are spectacular! A local gave us directions after we wandered around with a torch... a dead giveaway on what we were trying to find. The tunnels are pitch dark inside so a torch is definitely needed. My 9yr old was a bit scared but she was fine... just stuck to me like glue.

Great lookout. Views from there are amazing! The beach below this lookout is also great. The beach is rather quiet and not too many people. Easy to get there by car. The lookout is literally near the carpark.

Great and interesting. Har to find the entrance to the tunnels/bunkers. See pictures for the directions so you don't have to seek in the bushes.
