Generally a beautiful experience, but sometimes a therapist will cut your time to answer a telephone call, and will not compensate for that lost time.This generally means that they will skip a step or two in the treatment, which sucks if you’re looking forward to it.If I was guaranteed consistency I’d book every weekend!Other than this, very professional and relaxing!

I've had several waxes and several massages here (both short on lunch break and longer), with different staff each time due to last minute bookings, and am consistently impressed.My skin has never reacted poorly to the wax, unlike at some other places I've tried, and I tend towards body-anxiety in massages, but have always felt welcome and comfortable here - and very relaxed afterwards :)Thanks team

I booked in an eyebrow wax, eyebrow and eyelash tint and full leg wax. They left a new girl to do all of these things, assuring me she was qualified but clearly had no idea what she was doing so another therapist joined her and basically took over. My eyelashes were first tinted by the newbie but had to be redone after it leaked into my eyes causing so much pain it had to be rinsed off. The qualified lady redid them which was good but shouldn't have needed to be redone. She told me I had amazing eyebrows and I did, but then she waxed them so thin, I was devastated. The tint on these were way darker than I had asked for also. The leg waxing was also a disaster. I left with big patches of hair all over my legs that I didn't notice until I was home. I'm having to fill in my eyebrows with pencils that I never had to before.. Overall it was horrifying. I won't ever be going back.

Just had an amazing facial at Ella Bache. I actually turned up a week to early and they were very accommodating and managed to fit me in!The Therapist was really informative and my skin feels great!Thank you so much! I'd highly recommend

Went here for an express facial last weekend. If thats what i get for express I cannot wait to go the whole haul! such great value, top notch customer service, my skin is still looking amazing (and feeling soft like a babies bottom)Thanks Di can't wait to come again!

Wanted a facial very last minute and was nearby West Pert found this cosy salon. The lady was very helpful making some arrangements to do her best to fit me in for a facial together with a manicure. It was really interesting that 2 therapist can work on me at the same time. This save me a lot of time, the facial was relaxing and the therapist was so thorough giving me advice how to improve my skin not only with their products with additional knowledge of their on, which makes me feel very comfortable unlike my other salon's experience with pushy sales.At the end of the treatment i am very satisfied with both treatments and would definitely go back to them.

I emailed to ask for a pice for the anistress 30 min massage for a friend & got a reply that it was $55. The next day i went in to buy it & was told it was $40? I wasn't complaining but i wish the girl who emailed me Yasmin had've told me the correct price?While i was there i asked if i could have a sample of their sunblock, as she was looking through the samples i asked if they had any physical sunscreen samples & the girls looked at me blankly, even though they work in the beauty industry & sold sunblock as a part of their range, they had no idea what i was talking about so i said, a mineral one & she said yes this is a mineral one, which when i looked at it i saw that it was a chemical one? When i asked her she didn't seem to know there was a difference? Then the other girl let me test a a tiny bit on the back of my hand & it was VERY greasy & when i said wow thats so greasy her reply was you wouldn't put that much on, less is more with sunblock?? which is totally incorrect, its a minimum of 1/4 teaspoon over your face to get the SPF quoted on the bottle.Even though they are selling sunscreen, they didn't have any training or knowledge of the products they were selling & didn't seem to know even the most basic facts?

My partner and I had purchased this experience before so went it having expectations we would be delivered an experience to a similar standard as last time.One of the usual massage therapists was on leave and unfortunately I was allocated her replacement. We went into the room and she was super friendly, but I laid down and realised the lights were at full brightness(usually the rooms are low lit and have a candle on). She started “massaging” my back and I made friendly conversation. The massage was not a massage at all but a bizarre gentle-patting with absolutely no therapeutic value. It felt as though she didn’t know the correct massage strokes. I asked polite questions as it seemed she wanted to talk and she launched into a 20 minute monologue about really inappropriate topics. I could not get a single word in for 20 minutes and along with the gentle patting and bright lights I started feeling overwhelmed and like I didn’t know how to tell her I needed to stop. After politely asking her to pause conversation and inquiring about the pressure/technique of the massage, she told me she had a RSI and couldn’t apply much pressure. I told her I didn’t want her hurting herself and asked if there was another therapist that could take over as I wasn’t really getting the experience I had booked. She said there wasn’t and kept patting me at the same light pressure and launched back into her monologue. The experience was unbearable at this point and I knew I needed to say something. I interrupted her and said “I can’t do this, I need to come back another time, I’m having a horrible experience”. I got dressed and went into the lounge, visibly upset. I spoke to the manager, gave my feedback and asked to rebook with another therapist. My partner was in the other room with another therapist and was getting stressed hearing the interactions and couldn’t enjoy her experience. As we had booked this for her birthday we felt as though the entire experience had been ruined. The therapist I had just left came to the manager in front of me and said she “had another version of events” (not sure what they could be because the events were pretty straightforward). My partner finished her treatment and I booked for the following week. When I left the therapist GLARED at me. It was very unsettling. This wasn’t personal, I just wanted the experience I paid for.When I went in today the treatment was lovely but the therapist walked out of the room for the last 30minutes of my treatment.Overall we are just very disappointed. My experience with the first therapist was entirely bizarre and left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. It certainly made me anxious to go back today and I felt as though the therapist today walked out for 30 minutes as “payback” as bizarre as that sounds.I rarely write negative reviews but I really don’t want anyone else in the uncomfortable position I found myself in. Spend your money elsewhere or at least go to a different Ella Baché than West Perth.I won’t be returning.

The facial itself was great but I hate being pushed to buy products which they seem to do a lot. I specifically said that I had recently bought a lot of products and was just there for relaxation right at the start to avoid this and she still tried to push products on me. I find that awkward as I am a polite person and don't like saying no" (which I guess is why they do this). I also recently have gotten some dry skin break out which I'm self-conscious of and she referred to it as "looking like a burn" which was uncalled for. I will not be returning as a result."

Absolutely unprofessional!!! I asked if I could book a manicure and pedicure. They said it was fine. Got there and the manicure was done but she was to busy running around being the receptionist/therapist which was a fail. And as it came to do the pedicure she didn't have a station for it and requested if I could sit on the massaging chair which was hard for her to get the pedicure done so she stood in front of me and asked what I can do about it. Hmmmm as she the customer?!?? I would advise people to look for better options that place is a scam!!!!
