Monaro Workwear & Promotional

I don't usually make reviews but its hard to pass up on a store that works so efficiently & with such accuracy. I was originally struggling with another store who couldn't perform a task properly & came to them as it was a suggestion from one our colleagues. If you choose to shop here you will be looked after amazingly. I highly recommend them.

Richard went above and beyond to help me with an urgent job. Not only did he assist in a time sensitive manner, he made sure the work done was the absolute best it could be. I can't recommend Richard and his team highly enough!

Very professional operation

At Monaro Workwear I feel as though I wasn't taken very seriously. I asked for an embroidery at the bottom of the back of my hoodie, Richard even marked 160cm down from the top of my hoodie where the placement was supposed to be. I received the hoodie and the embroidery placement was toward the top of the hoodie.I was charged a total of $101 for an embroidery 8inches across - $66 for setup and $35 for embroidery.Overall I felt as though this was just a quick chance for cash for Monaro Workwear. I felt as though I was taken very lightly and with little care. My embroidery ended up being in the opposite placement I asked for. I'm left feeling very disappointed and frustrated.I've given 2 stars for the quality of the embroidery itself and for the turnaround time which was about 3 days.

Richard and Vanessa have been the most amazing people to deal with! From the moment I called them in distress with a last minute gift idea for a friend.. till the moment I picked it up the order they have been outstanding! I highly recommend them! Great service, great team fast turn around for the people like myself who leave things to the last minute.

I needed 100 embroidered patches done in less than 10 days. I went to one place and almost fell over with how much they were going to charge me ($18.00 ea!). I checked with a Sydney mob and they had a great price but the only problem was that it would take 2 weeks and they were made in China. I went to Monaro Workwear and they were able to do the job in 10 days (actually it was 8 because they finished it earlier) and the job was done in Australia! The price was great, too! Good service. Good price. Australian jobs. Fast turnaround! What more can you ask. I'll be going back for my other embroidery and promotional material. Thanks team!

Couldn't be happier. Pricing was the best out there (especially for the embroidery) and service was friendly and help was always offered. Beats some other places hands down.....so now you know.

If I could give 'zero' stars I would. If you want great products but appalling customer service, then this is the place to go. This is not based off of one encounter, but multiple encounters. Their email responses and product delivery times are atrocious, they lack communication and they do not meet deadlines. The ONLY reason why I stuck with Monaro Workwear for so long is because the products are brilliant - it is such a shame that the service has been some of the worst that I have ever received. An example is the most recent attempt of placing an order, 2 weeks have passed and follow up emails have been sent, and still I have not had a response. Deadlines have never been unreasonable, and on multiple occasions they have promised products to be ready on dates, and I have had to ring to follow up to find out they are actually not ready - often the delays were 2 weeks + (despite them accepting the order fully knowing the time frame) This service is not good enough, and I would advise, if you have a deadline or you want to actually know if you will ever receive your products, save your time and go somewhere else.

All ways the best service and end product. We been using monaro for a few years now. Recommend them highly
