Royal Dry cleaning have been drycleaning difficult, delicate garments including suits, evening and knitwear for me with a very quick turn around. Highly recommended particularly for theatrical costumes

I had 5 shirts washed and ironed last week. They have all shrunk so bad they don’t fit me. 3 of the shirts are new. I have just been in to talk to the owner and he told me it’s not his responsibility and he doesn’t care.He also told me this is his first complaint in 18 years - maybe he should have a look at these google reviews.

Terrible service, save yourself the hassle and use another business with credibility, prices are high and quality of work is absolutley disgraceful, they hold no responsibility for issues that were brought up. Never again will i use this business and will be looking at my options with Fair Trading as no resolution was reached with this company.

I normally don't leave reviews so I just charge what happen to me ..They give me the worst service!! I went there to have some patches in my jackets and they give me one price first , second they call me to charge more and then even if was not fair I agree , but this was not enough ,they charge for the patches that was already in the jacket ....but if that actually was not a ripped off ..they charge for an old recipe for over 3 months that I give the money to the girl that attend the shop and she look me in the eyes smiling saying that I didn't pay , review 0 don't come here !!

Warning : their tailoring service is extremely dodgy. My shirt sleeves were long enough to cover about 1/4th of my palm (excluding fingers) and the tailor there insisted that the length was perfect, but at the same time couldn't tell me what the optimum sleeve length was supposed to be, or where she was going to shorten it to. In the end she just gave me a vauge i will shorten it by a bit" and still did not show me just where she was shortening it to.I was also quoted $20 on the spot

Sick of people complaining about their shirts shrinking ( just admit you put on weight like the rest of us, it’s your own fault).Always sent our kit and got the best clean and would highly recommend.Family friendly and got along with them when I first met them 2 years ago.Highly recommend

They advertised that they open at 8am, but it’s already past 8 and they’re not even close to opening yet.Finally open and super expensive and a 2 day turn around for a single pair of pants.
