Dr Sukhdeep is very nice and would have given a higher rating but staff here is extremely rude. With Geraldine the pathologist being curt and sarcastic when I asked her to not touch a sensitive vein during blood collection. I ended up not going through with her. Maybe she has personal issues but she should treat clients professionally.

Very unprofessional staffs. They just wasted my 2 days when the test couldn't be done why don't you guys say that in reception instead of asking the patients to wait. I was there for my urgent blood test and they asked me to come on the other day for the day they can't take it on that day and just to get this information I wasted my 3 hours of time waiting. I was assured that when I come next day I would be given priority to take the test. The pathologist also pasted the sticker of urgency. But they just asked me to wait which would easily take up my 2 hours of time. Even with the urgency sticker they didn't care about getting my test done. Please don't promise the level of service which you can't fulfill. Complete time wasting place.

I had to get some blood tests and a vaccination. The process was quick and easy. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The results did not come to the requesting doctor for 4 days, when contacted, very delayed response as well, overall - very disappointing service

Waiting time was terrible. A number was handed out but they didn’t follow the number order, people kept cutting the queue and the staff didn’t notice or perhaps didn’t care. Not professional.
