Sifu Ben is a great instructor and Emerald dragon Martial school is one of the bests in the area. Ben is great with the kids boosting their self confidence and developing their life skills.

Both my kids have been training in Kung Fu at Hills Academy in Castle Hill for many years, and I have found that it has been a very positive experience. They have improved in health, flexibility, discipline and leadership. It’s great seeing them learn and apply traditional forms and techniques in a safe and respectful environment. The support they get from their experienced teacher (Sifu Ben) is great, creating a fun and engaging learning environment. I have been so happy with their progress that I joined the school myself, and now have training in Tai Chi & Qigong classes, for almost 4 years.Highly recommend for Kung Fu and Tai Chi!

Excellent training and friendly faces

I'm thrilled with my son's kung fu lessons at Emerald Dragon. He started the Little Dragons class at age four and over the past six months he's developed more confidence, coordination, self-discipline and strength. He also has heaps of fun as he plans to become a ninja ;) Sifu Ben is a fantastic, enthusiastic, skilled teacher and I would recommend the classes to all boys and girls who want to have fun and learn amazing kung fu skills!

He is growing up into a focused, disciplined and considerate young man and I sincerely believe that the training he has received at Emerald Dragon contributed towards it. Sifu Ben is very knowledgeable, kind and considerate. He takes pride and personal interest in each of his students and always goes an extra mile to assist them. I'm very glad that my son has such an excellent role model (outside our family circle).I have been so inspired by watching Sifu Ben coach the kids, that I enrolled for 6 week introductory adult Kung fu class a few weeks ago- I'm so glad I did!I look forward to many more years of association with Emerald Dragon....
