Havilah legal have a plethora of 5-star reviews which swayed our decision to engage their counsel.I felt that we were not heard properly and felt that Bruce lacked empathy and compassion.Bruce would take his time advising us of his experience and other client situations, however I felt hurried when explaining our circumstances and felt that he was rude and condescending especially when I sought clarification.I felt that the invoicing was inconsistent, and I expressed my concerns.To his credit, Bruce did re-invoice us and refund the difference.This was our first experience with a lawyer and it only made our experience more stressful.
