Disgraceful service. My son’s iPhone was frozen. Was advised by them that it would be fixed with a new screen. He did this and was charged $150. He is 15. Within 24 hours of this, his phone was frozen again and even after re booting it kept freezing and shutting down.I went in with him and was treated with contempt and rudeness. Was given 2 options: to have a full refund and them remove the screen (thus no phone!) or paying $250 for them to ‘fix’ it again.I left and was sneered at with an abrupt ‘sorry’ with a grin on the man’s face.We had to replace my son’s phone.Today, I went back in for option 1 to be fulfilled. For them to fully refund him and take the screen.I walked in happily and started to explain the situation to the man on service. He acted like I was putting him out. Never said hello or even acknowledged us in the shop. He then continued to talk over me and said that my request was not possible. I started to get angry then and he just told me to calm down. He made a phone call, said they would refund us and he would be 20 minutes. When we returned….. I walked in very politely and he was disgusting. Didn’t look up, showed me the phone and basically slammed $150 on the desk…. Never even looking up from his phone.Very, very rude, terrible service and disgusting attitude.

If you want a phone fixed properly don’t waste your time or money going to Phone Experts. We had a screen repaired, the screen was terrible quality as well as a mark on it and the touch was not correct, we took it back they offered us half the money refunded or a new screen, we went for the new screen which wasn’t even stuck on properly (and again terrible quality, phone screen is so dull) we went back again to ask for the half refund we originally were offered only for the manager to lie to her staff saying that she never offered this before. He offered to glue the screen but then said that this would not be good for the phone we refused the glueing option but then he said he glued the last screen, that giving us the exact reason why the phone has not been the same since we left it with them to “repair”. He then claimed he was getting angry, and threatened to call security. They might come across friendly but once there is a problem all they want is the money in their pockets rather than good customer service.

My husband’s charging port was playing up on his mobile phone. A very helpful guy pulled out a lot of debris and blew it out. Worked perfectly again. They didn’t even charge us. Great service! Will go back there if we ever have another problem! Thank you

My sons phone had a cracked screen and we took it else where to have the screen replaced and it was a disaster. The other place tried to tell me it was the mother board and it needed to be sent away. Decided I would get a second opinion and We brought the phone here, and the lovely man behind the counter was extremely helpful and replaced the screen with no issues. This is now my choice of place for any phone repairs!

Absolutely appalling experience. Wish I could give 0 stars. Had my iPhone 11pro screen repaired there as no other places had them in stock. Big mistake. The Face ID stopped working 2 days after it was fixed and multiple warning notifications in my settings about the screen not being genuine and being installed incorrectly. My screen randomly presses in places and there is a spot on the bottom of the screen that looks like it’s constantly being pushed down. I get locked out of my phone multiple times a day because the screen pushes in the passcode buttons. I visited the store on the day this happened and spoke to Katy. She so unhelpful and basically laughed at me when I asked for them to repair my screen or provide a refund. The warranty is completely worthless and they will not honour any faults or take ownership.I was basically told it’s not her fault/problem and there’s nothing they can do because it was “fine when she tested it” I have emailed two seperate email addresses and when I asked for a manager I’m pretty sure she gave me her personal email to contact. Never get your phone fixed here it’s been over a week and I’m still trying to get in contact with them!!

Purchased a phone case brand name palican.Uesed it for 2 weeks and the case split on the side. Paid $ 80 for case and screen protection.Went in store to exchange or swap and was told thats not their policy and it was up to me to contact the case company and sort it out myself.Terrible service.Hope you go out of business!

would defiantly not recommend. I came in with my iPhone for a screen repair first day was fine but from day 2 phone screen would randomly black out and screen would become unresponsive, my front camera was also left extremely dirty to the point apple Face ID would not function. I proceeded to take my phone in 6 days after first repair only to be rudely accused of dropping my phone again and accusing me of lying. I ended up having my screen components reconnected and left. 2 weeks after this my phone screen continues to not work and is unresponsive when touched.

Never use Phone Experts. I had a battery replaced in my Apple 6S. The battery wouldn't hold a charge after a month I took it to another Phone repair company they checked the phone thoroughly said the phone was in good condition but the battery was swelling and to take it back to Phone Experts. Phone Experts said the battery was fine and that the motherboard needed replacing $150. So I went back to the company that said the battery was faulty, they replaced the battery and the phone is holding charge and working fine. Not only did they not honour the fact that the battery they replaced was faulty but wanted me to replace the mother board. VERY POOR SERVICE

Replaced my phone screen. Developed an artifact in the middle of screen two days later. Went to claim under warranty. Was pretty much accused of dropping or dumping my phone when this wasn't the case. Staff pretty much told me to replace it myself next time if I don't like it. 3 month warranty is not worth the paper it's printed on. Still waiting to here if supplier would replace it, which i doubt store even sent inquiry off. Don't reply to emails. Will be referring

Very rude man, accused me of mixing his phone covers, which were already mixed, he proceeded to re tidy with attitude. Then told me I was looking in the wrong place, pointing out there were signs to follow, Most unhelpful doesn’t deserve to be business .
