Very good service, ty and the team have been very helpful

We had a loan car arranged by Land Rover Australia.The front office staff Miss TY (name tag Boss)Was the rudest most unhelpful person I've Met.The car was good the customer service was sooo bad so rude so unhelpful it was a 5 week rent extended week by week .Every time I had to speak with this person it was cold and rude.Never ever use this company .Never !Marcus

Please don't rent a car from this Budget Avis. I had a car booked for 2 weeks before I was coming to Bendigo (from Perth) and the booking was even verified the day before, and as I was landing I received a text to say they didn't have a car for me! I called immediately and the woman was extremely rude as well. No apology at all! I told her it had been booked for 2 weeks and she said that because I'd booked it through a third party agency that 'we don't like it when people do that' I asked why was I able to book it if they don't like using vroom vroom and she didn't answer, all she said was, 'well we don't have a car for you'. She was beyond rude. They must be shirt of workers in Bendigo as I can't understand how this woman has a job. In fact her manner was absolutely disgusting! Needless to say I was stuck in my air bnb with no vehicle for days. I sent an email of complaint, received an automated reply and no one has even contacted me (over a week now)one of the worse companies I've ever dealt with. And they definitely need to train their staff in basic courtesy. If I could give no stars I could, unfortunately 1 star is minimum.

The team here at Bendigo are super friendly, Ty is just amazing, very efficient and friendly. Ash is also fantastic at what he does, he has very high expectations when it comes to detailing vehicles.

I Rent through Avis on a regular Basis and have done for the last 2 years. 2 of the staff there are always great to deal with.Ty at the Front desk is always accomodating to my requirements when it comes to what I require for my business. Between Ty and Ash they have always satisfied my requirements. They seem to make a great team there.I’ll continue to use Avis whenever is required for my business.

I hate giving negative reviews but my partner Hired a small truck today (to use for an hour) and the lady on reception, Ty. Extremely rude, unhelpful and condescending (but didn't surprise me after reading other people's reviews) She expected you to know absolutely everything about hiring a vehicle even when you have stated you haven't before and don't know the Ins and outs.Very expensive.Will not be recommending to anyone.

Booked pick up at 11 rang a week prior to confirm. At time of booking and confirmation was never told they close at 11. Phoned at 10:55 to say we’ll be 10min late. Was on hold for 6min to be we’re closed. Can’t do any checkouts after 11.:editNot sure why bendigo believe I was booked in for 10. Rang the Monday before the booking to confirm 11.

Hate to leave a negative comment, but I agree with the previous low rating reviews. The lady （don't know the name) at the reception was not friendly at all.

Having rented from here a few times I can wholeheartedly recommend Ty and the team for the service they provide. Very knowledgeable in the product and answered any questions I had about the process to make it a breeze. It definitely eased up any fears I had about renting vehicles.

I work for a mining company as a FIFO worker requiring hire cars to get to and from the airport. I have always had a car ready to go, even If flights have been delayed etc they have always been more than accommodating and gone above and beyond making my ability to get to and from work alot easier.Huge thanks as always to Ty and the team at Avis. Highly recommend.
